Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Africa, the USA and Europe by DHL and FedEx, and we can usually ship anywhere else too. Ask for a quote and we will confirm.
How long does an order take?
Production takes 7 working days. We confirm the courier transit time to your city with your quote.
Who pays import duty?
For air and courier shipments, the client pays import duty and taxes. For sea shipments, duties are included in the price. We handle customs clearance on your behalf.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, LC (letter of credit) or Western Union. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are available for small orders.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. We send a free digital mockup, then a real sample for you to approve before bulk production.
