What is your minimum order?
Custom kits start from 1 full team kit. Custom footballs start from 50 pieces. Single or non-custom balls are available from 1 piece; you pay the courier cost.
How long does an order take?
Production takes 7 working days after sample design approval. Shipping time is extra, and we confirm the exact date with your quote.
Do you ship to my country?
Our main markets are Africa, the USA and Europe, but we also ship to other countries, including Asia and the Middle East, on request. Tell us your country and we will confirm the shipping options and cost with your quote. We have offices in Lusaka, Zambia and Nairobi, Kenya.
What are your payment terms?
We accept bank transfer, LC (letter of credit) and Western Union. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are available for small orders.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. We make a sample for you to approve before bulk production. Single samples are sent by courier at cost.
What artwork files do you need?
Send your logo or design as PNG, JPG, PDF or AI. No file? Send a sketch or photo and our designers will prepare a free mockup.
